  • Key responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, manage and enhance the full lifecycle of CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
  2. Design and execute automated CRM campaigns, maximising revenue from flows, workflows and marketing automation.
  3. Analyse and interpret data from Klaviyo's predictive analytics to optimise customer engagement strategies, driving repeat purchases and maximising customer lifetime value (LTV).
  4. Implement market-specific segmentation strategies to optimise CRM campaigns for each of our global markets, ensuring targeted engagement and maximising the potential of each market.
  5. Enhance CRM performance through A/B testing, analysis, and process implementation.
  6. Create and implement rewards and loyalty strategies aligned with company goals.
  7. Build customer journeys and lifecycle marketing initiatives to improve loyalty on web and mobile apps.
  8. Leverage customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth
  9. Monitor key metrics such as churn rate, retention rate and ROI to measure success
  10. Audit, plan, and improve strategies through continuous assessment and testing.
  11. Conduct market research, competitor research and stay up to date with industry trends.
  12. Collaborate with the wider team across creative assets for EDMs, content curation and tactical and campaign rollouts.
  13. Partner with our Creative Team to ensure messaging and design align with the brand
  14. Work with the Production Team to enhance CRM tools and loyalty program functionality

 

What we're looking for:

  1. 4+ years of experience in CRM and loyalty - essential
  2. Data driven, action focused and self motivated
  3. Klaviyo experience preferred
  4. Proven track record in creating successful CRM strategies and executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels
  5. Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with strong skills in analysing, reporting, and optimising campaign performance
  6. Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel (including Pivot tables)
  7. Strong communication skills with a consultative approach
  8. Well-organised and excels at managing multiple tasks
  9. Understanding of technology with the ability to communicate effectively with tech teams

Site Optimistaion Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation and optimisation of personalisation strategies, including product recommendations and search performance, to enhance customer experience and deliver a seamless digital experience across global markets.
  2. Monitor and analyse the online customer journey, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive enhancements in traffic conversion rates across digital channels.
  3. Assist with A/B testing and CRO initiatives, providing insights from findings and supporting the execution of data-informed strategies to enhance performance.
  4. Apply technical understanding of CMS platforms and analytics tools to support site improvements and troubleshooting.
  5. Proactively address challenges related to site functionality, backend data, and customer journey roadblocks.
  6. Assist in identifying, prioritising, and implementing functionality improvements to elevate the user experience.
  7. Collect, analyse, and interpret site performance data, contributing to the development of test plans and a strategic optimisation roadmap.
  8. Leverage customer research to identify behaviours, needs, and pain points, shaping strategies to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  9. Conduct market research and gather insights to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
  10. Maintain, enrich, and segment backend site and product data, ensuring data integrity and alignment with site optimisation goals and roadmaps.
  11. Report on personalisation and testing initiatives, providing updates on progress and outcomes.

 

What We're Looking For:

  1. 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on conversion rate optimisation and digital personalisation.
  2. Proficiency in Shopify CMS, with familiarity in merchandising, personalisation, and search performance tools like Searchspring.
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and other data-driven platforms.
  4. Ability to interpret data and analytics to support decision-making and assist in shaping optimisation strategies.
  5. Proven problem-solving skills, addressing challenges in customer journeys, functionality, and optimisation initiatives.
  6. Solid technical understanding of backend data management, tagging, metafield optimisation, and light coding.
  7. Experience in A/B testing and personalisation.
  8. Knowledge of SEO best practices, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends.
  9. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Senior Planner

We are seeking a data driven senior planner to own managing inventory, driving sales & ensuring product ranges align with the Peppermayo customer. This role will oversee all aspects of product planning & owning the merchandise strategy across our global business.

  • Key responsibilities:

 

  1. Develop and manage category financial plans throughout the season including sales, margin, and inventory forecasts
  2. Suggest actions to take based on potential future concerns, either based on economic or social trends
  3. Develops a mid to long term strategic view to drive growth and profit for the department
  4. Ensure all tools & reporting are set up to ensure the buying team can make fact based decisions
  5. Reviews in season and post season performance, giving recommendations of areas to focus on, grow and decline
  6. Communicates confidently with senior management and uses their influence and knowledge to drive department growth
  7. Mitigate risk by identifying problem areas and having a plan for action
  8. Proposes marketing campaigns to the wider team ensuring promotional activity delivers the best possible outcome, retaining margin
  9. Ensure delivery of balanced ranges by providing in depth category analysis at each stage of the range planning process

What we're looking for:

  1. An experienced planner with a proven reputation in forecasting, range building and inventory management
  2. Highly proficient in Excel, and exposure to retail reporting systems and merchandise planning tools
  3. Ability to meet set deadlines, and work with a sense of urgency
  4. Analytical thinking, including strong problem solving and mathematical reasoning skills
  5. Works cross-functionally, establishing strong relationships with key departments
  6. Strict attention to detail and timely follow-up . Data accuracy is essential
  7. Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Buying Assistant

What you'll be doing

  1. Entering cost and retail prices into critical path
  2. Naming styles after fit sessions ready to for purchase orders
  3. Responsible for tracking and managing photoshoot samples, organising for different shoots and checking off in Critical Path
  4. Raising and managing purchase orders
  5. Liaising with factories about prices, purchase orders, and photoshoot samples
  6. Preparing samples for photoshoots - hanging up before shoot, ensuring everything has been delivered
  7. Assist with reporting and presentation materials for weekly trade meeting
  8. Day to day management of samples

Requirements
